The Neon Judgement is a Belgian new wave band, formed in Leuven in 1981 by Dirk Da Davo (born Dirk Timmermans, keyboards/vocalist) and TB Frank (born Frank Vloeberghs, guitarist/vocalist). They have often been cited, alongside fellow Belgian band Front 242, as the pioneers of electronic body music (EBM), an electronic dance genre from the early 1980s combining industrial and electro music.

The Neon Judgement est un groupe belge de new wave, originaire de Louvain. Il est constitué de Dirk da Davo et TB Frank, originaires de Louvain. Distribué par le label Play it again Sam!, le groupe est vite remarqué dans les années 1980 grâce à des titres comme T.V. Treated et Concrete qui sont relayés dans les grandes boîtes belges.
Dirk da Davo a également connu un succès solo, avec sa reprise Sugar Sugar des Archies.
