Lil Lotus, de son nom civil John Elias Villagran III (né le 1er mars 1994 à Dallas, au Texas), est un chanteur américain. Il compte deux albums studio en solo, quatre EP en solo, trois EP en collaboration et deux EP bonus en tant que membre du groupe de hip-hop alternatif Boyfriendz et trois EP en tant que membre du groupe de post-hardcore If I Die First.

Après avoir commencé sa carrière en jouant dans plusieurs groupes locaux de metalcore au Texas, il entame une carrière solo acoustique en 2016 sous le nom de Tremor. Après avoir posté un certain nombre de chansons sur SoundCloud, il est devenu de plus en plus influencé par la scène rap emo émergente sur la plateforme, ce qui l'amène à prendre le surnom de Lil Lotus, et à s'associer avec des membres et des affiliés de GothBoiClique.

He has released two solo studio albums, four solo EPs, three collaborative EPs and an additional two EPs as a part of the alternative hip hop group Boyfriendz and three EPs as a member of the post-hardcore band If I Die First. In 2026, he became the lead vocalist of From First to Last.

Beginning his career playing in multiple local Texas metalcore bands, he began an acoustic solo career in 2016 under the name Tremor. After posting a number of songs on SoundCloud he became increasingly influenced by the emerging emo rap scene on the platform, which led to him taking on the Lil Lotus moniker and associating with members and affiliates of GothBoiClique.
